This song was crafted out of an urge to have a more “jazzy” sound after hearing a student playing around with some minor jazz progressions last summer. The music was originally just an AB form with the momentary modulation in the chorus; it wasn’t until just pre-recording that the verse interlude was added. The whole song is driven by a bass line and it’d be nice to play this with full rhythm section.
